This glass teapot is SO unique! The pot itself is ribbed, a silver band hold on the upturned black handle, the lid is ribbed and topped with a cross-hatch pattern on the knob. The pot is 6" tall and 7.5" at the widest point.
Here you can see the cross pattern on the knob. The piece is in very nice condition, with just a few signs of wear.
The band and handle are tight and sturdy.
I searched the web and multiple auction and antique sites and couldn't find anything like this. There are no markings on the glass or band. If anyone knows anything more about this teapot I would love to add that information.
