Royal Winton Candle Holder/Dish - $16

Begun in 1885, Grimwades Pottery and later royal Winton have become world famous for their pieces, particularly their chintz patterns. This candle holder dates to the mid 20th century and is in their Venice pattern.
The piece measures almost 9" long and is 3.25" wide. The bottom is stamped with the Royal Winton Grimwades mark.

The inside of the dish is a beautiful iridescent pearl. The outside teal blue and green with a leaf pattern and it also has an iridescent glaze.
 The edges of the dishes are trimmed with a gold dotted pattern.
 The piece is in almost perfect condition.
